Black? White? or Grey?

The past few days had been spent talking to people regarding certain issues. Thurs night we talked till 7am. Fri night we talk from 3-6am. Sat night we talk for 1++hr. Sun night we talk from 11 to 2am. And finally last night, we talk from 11 to 2am.

And from these conversations, i realised there is no absolute right or wrong or perhaps not in the short run. Different people have different ideology, different working style. We can't force anyone to change to think like anyone else. Does it mean this person is wrong if he work differently from you? hmmm....Afterall, all meant well except that perhaps we don't see eye to eye for the means to justify the end. I guess we just have to compromise on each working style.
