I Thought I Would Not Be Sad...

Just got home from my maternal grandfather's funeral...I was quite tired and yet there are many issues on the back of my mind. I thought i would not shed a tear throughout the funeral, since Im not close to my grandfather at all. But i was rather emotionally disturbed when i saw my grandmother, my aunts and my mom weeping at my grandfather's coffin. It brought back memories of my paternal grandmother's funeral when I was crying like nobody business. My eyes were watery but i forced back my tears...

Apart from the funeral, the other thing I had in mind was Odac. I was struggling internally whether or not to go for the main com interview for the freshies. In the end i chose not to go. I've to say that im being selfish this time round. It had been a frustrating and tired week for me. I thought i needed some time off from Odac. And though this is only week 3, i felt i had a lot to catch up in terms of studies and of course lots of sleep. Hence, i needed some time and space to put my personal life back in pieces before i can contribute again...
